Climbing has established itself as one of the most popular adventurous activities in Britain today. People of all ages, all abilities, from all walks of life have discovered the benefits of this challenging pursuit. Climbing exercises the body and the mind. It can present personal challenges for the individual and an exhilarating and enjoyable experience for groups.

Your climbing experience could start with a 2 hour indoor “taster“ for you and a group of friends or colleagues or you could choose an “in at the deep end” outdoor experience.

Various courses are available to suit complete beginners or those who want to enhance their technique on indoor walls.

Intermediate and advanced courses are also available for those who would like to lead and take their skills outdoors.

We also offer a range of “one-off” sessions and weekend training opportunities for those who want to enhance their understanding of the safety aspects of climbing outdoors; these sessions concentrate on environmental awareness, health and safety, the “do’s” and “don’ts” regarding equipment, rescue techniques, escape systems and equipment choice.

Throughout spring, summer and autumn we present regular outdoor climbing taster sessions and special group sessions by arrangement.

We also offer a full professional consultation and training service for individuals, companies or groups. Whether you are interested in a climbing taster session, a career in outdoor pursuits or you need to acquire skills for an adventure challenge

Personal training for adventure challenge participants is also available to individuals and groups. Those undertaking an adventure challenge on behalf of a registered charity will get training at a discount rate.
