				Things to do in May Hillingdon Adult Learner's Week runs from 19 - 23 May 2008 and everyone is welcome at the free Adult Learner's Evening @ Ruislip Manor Library, Linden Avenue, HA4 8FD. Come along and speak to the tutors from 7.00-9.30 and find out about the whole range of activities on offer for you and your family throughout the year. Come and find out about Active Learning Adult Education Courses (open to non-residents of the borough) and FREE Family Learning Courses (borough residents only). It's not too late to sign up for evening kayaking courses through Hillingdon Adult Education which are at a subsidised rate and will save ££££ on the normal cost of a course (see below) Harrow Leisure Centre Climbing Wall Open Days are being held on 24 and 25 May 2008. There will be subsidised sessions from 10.00 - 15.00 on Saturday and Sunday. You can come and climb for just £3 per session. Experienced and Novice climbers welcome but sessions must be booked to avoid disappointment. If you want to turn up on the day and use some of the other facilities and make a day of it you can book into a climbing session when a slot is available. Click Here - to book.

				Things to do in June Adult Evening Kayaking Course is taking place on Wednesday evenings at Hillingdon Lake. The course starts on 11 June and places are still available. You do not need to live in the Borough of Hillingdon to sign up for this subsidised course. Click Here - to download a Hillingdon Adult Education brochure or ring 01895 634616 for more information A whole range of new courses including climbing, navigation, bushcraft and canoeing will be available for the Autumn Term, so watch out for listings Real Rock Climbing Day 29 June 08 is for all those who have only climbed indoors on a taster session, beginner's course or Family Learning. Normally this day out climbing on the spectacular real rock of the Avon Gorge would cost £69 but this special day will be at the reduced rate of £39 per person. Late Climb @ Earleywood If you fancy learning how to climb or you want to refresh your skills and learn how to abseil with confidence too but you don't want to be stuck indoor ona climbing wall as the evenings are light and warm then why not come and do our "Late Climb @ Earleywood" climbing course. this course runs over 4 Thursday evenings 6.30 - 8.30 from 3 July 2008. to book your place - click here. 				Things to do in August Rock Frog Children's Summer Activity Camp with be held this year @ Earleywood Camp, Sunninghill, Berkshire (for the uninitiated, this is about 30-35 minutes from Brunel university) from 4 - 7 August 2008 (climbing tower at the camp pictured above left). The camp will be over 2 1/2 days and an evening arrival. The camp will be a great fun learning experience for children aged 10 - 15 they will learn how to camp efficiently and effectively, light campfires, use tools, recognise trees, plants and wildlife, navigate and read maps, do ropework skills and climb on the great climbing tower at the camp. 				Junior Club News W have done the draw for our Tads and Trainers Tournament designed to encourage the older, more able climbers in their coaching techniques by pairing them up with some of our younger newer climbers for an on-going pairs training programme, the culmination of which will be our Tads and Trainers tournament on 5th July 2008 when the top prize for the winning pair will be £60 worth of climbing equipment.
				Rock Frog Club and Family Day will be held at one of the Souther Sandstone locations on Sunday 20 July 2008. This day will be available to all climbers and their families and we hope to have Clare with us to arrange some special torture for our squad members! This day will be available to book soon on our website.

				Mountain Break 2008 If you would like to get a way from it all and spend a tranquil 4 days midweek in August walking, scrambing and climbing in Snowdonia then look out for our special offer August short activity break which will appear online to book soon.

				Harrow Leisure Centre Wall is now run by Rock Frog Outdoor Activities and since the re-opening of the wall in March we have been holding regular junior and family club sessions, school sessions, birthday sessions and adult courses. 				Team Training Spring - Summer 2008 So far we have had 3 team training sessions. Bowles Rock Day, Bristol Technical Training and the Snowdonia Easter Weekend. You can see pictures of these trips on our Gallery. We will be going back to Snowdonia for our Summer Training for a re-run of our 2006 trip which will include kayaking, canoeing, climbing and navigation. It is not too loate to commit to a training programme with Rock Frog and become a part of the adventure! Join our trainee programme now and you will be elligible to attend the snowdonia Trip.
